Service
Update
As the COVID19 pandemic continues and with infection rates on the rise the South Brunswick Public Library is taking a step back to ensure the safety of our public and staff.
The Library and Mobile Branch will be ending Browse-and-Go hours on Wednesday, November 25th, and reopening with Contact Free Pickup service on Saturday, November 28th. The safety of the community and continuity of operations are our top priorities. We will still provide innovative service to you while the building is closed and the Mobile Branch transitions to a new service model.
CONTACT FREE PICKUP
Customers will be able to continue to get library materials through Contact Free Pickup seven days a week at the Library. If you are looking for book recommendations our knowledgeable staff can put together Personal Picks based on your reading interests. Click here to learn about these services.
DIGITAL COLLECTIONS
We encourage you to explore our free digital collections of Audiobooks, eBooks, Magazines, and Streaming Media. All you need is a library card.
RETURNING ITEMS
Borrowed items may be returned 24/7 to the book return slot at the Library main entrance. Please do not leave any items outside of the building. Returned items are quarantined for 4 days and will remain checked out to your library card until the quarantine period is complete. These quarantine days are not counted against your return date.
VIRTUAL PROGRAMS
South Brunswick Public Library will continue to offer a wide variety of virtual programs for all ages, from storytime to technology classes, cooking tips, crafts, lectures and workshops. For a full list visit our Event Calendar.
