D’s Kitchen Lab
Thank you for your interest in D’s Kitchen Lab! Currently, we have suspended all programs and meetings at the library yet, we are continuing to have D’s Kitchen Lab on our YouTube Page.
D’s Kitchen Lab is a fun, interactive, cooking class workshop where we create dishes in front of your eyes for you to learn, taste, and duplicate at home.
Thursday, March 12th at 6:30 p.m.
Friday, March 13th at 12 p.m.
Learn how to make authentic Tom Yum Goong Soup – Thai hot and sour Shrimp Soup. Also featured will be a Toasted Coconut and Candied Peanut Sundae. Mix of hands-on and demonstration class. Tastings and recipes included.
Come alone or bring a friend. No cooking skill is required, only an open mind to learn new techniques and try new things. We always try to include the science behind the cooking, how to source or substitute ingredients, and to bring a sense of history to the dishes, which may include personal recollections and travel experiences.
