D’s Kitchen Lab

Thank you for your interest in D’s Kitchen Lab! Currently, we have suspended all programs and meetings at the library. Please check back once we open up to the public.

D’s Kitchen Lab is a fun, interactive, cooking class workshop where we create dishes in front of your eyes for you to learn, taste, and duplicate at home.  All recipes and tastings are included. Some classes are demonstrations, some are hands-on, but mostly they are a combination of the two.

Come alone or bring a friend.  No cooking skill is required, only an open mind to learn new techniques and try new things.  We always try to include the science behind the cooking, how to source or substitute ingredients, and to bring a sense of history to the dishes, which may include personal recollections and travel experiences.
