AARP will be offering virtual tax preparation assistance this year in a no-contact model due the ongoing pandemic. AARP Foundation’s Tax-Aide provides tax assistance free of charge to anyone, with a special focus on taxpayers who are age 50 or older or who have low to moderate income. Taxpayers will be guided through preparing their own tax returns from home with remote assistance from a certified counselor and using free software.
