Card Policies
Free Card
Anyone residing in South Brunswick is eligible for a free library card with proper identification. Parents or guardians must sign library card application for children under 18. You must present your library card to check out or renew materials and for all library transactions.
Paid Card
For a fee of $50.00 a year, this card entitles non-residents to all the privileges that our residents have in our library.
Reciprocal Card
South Brunswick Library Cards can be used at any reciprocal Library in NJ. A list of participating libraries wii be provided upon request. Certain restrictions may apply.
All of the South Brunswick Library audio/video materials must be returned to our library not to their home library.
Non-resident Card
This card is issued to patrons who do not live in South Brunswick or in any of our reciprocal borrowing communities, but work or attend school in South Brunswick. It entitles the borrower to the same privileges as a reciprocal patron. Proper I.D. and proof of eligibility must be provided. |

Other Services
Fax Service
The Library has installed a self-service public fax machine on the side of the Information Desk. It requires the use of a credit card. Domestic faxes are $1.50 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. International faxes are $4.95 for the first page and $3.45 for each additional page.
