Overview
Members of the South Brunswick Public Library can renew their loans by using our online Catalog, which is called iBistro.
iBistro is hosted by the Libraries of Middlesex Automation Consortium (LMxAC). When clicking on a link to iBistro on the right or left column, you will be taken off www.sbpl.info and onto www.lmxac.org.
Instructions for how to connect to iBistro, login and renew your materials, are described below:
First, connect to the iBistro catalog by selecting one of the "Click here" links on the left or right columns. Note that there are two links. The first one is for those who are currently within the Library. The second should be used for those who are outside the Library (home or office).
Login by typing your library bar code number (numbers only, no letters) in the "Library Card No." box in the upper right-hand side of the LMxAC page. Type your PIN in the box directly below the Card No.
Click the "My Account" option in the top menu.
Then Click "Renew My Materials" .
Click the check boxes next to the items you want to renew.
Last, click the "Renew Selected Items" button.
Check the confirmation response to see if your material was successfully renewed.
If you do not know your PIN, or have any other questions, please call the Information Services Desk at 732-329-4000 ext. 7286, or Send A Librarian A Question online.
Placing Holds: There is a $0.25 charge for placing holds and Inter-library loans payable at pick-up time.
