From Barbara Battles:

If you have not yet completed your mural segment, you have a nice, hot and sticky weekend ahead to stay home in front of an air conditioner or fan and get it done!!

The deadline is Monday, August 15, at 9:00 p.m.  I can’t wait to see the final project come together!
I will be assembling it next week and it will be unveiled at the end of summer party on August 20 at 2:00 in Meeting Room A/B for summer reading participants only which includes all of you who have worked on the mural.
We will have door prizes (Tricky Tray), light refreshments, the drawing for the summer reading grand prizes and, of course, we will showcase the mural.  You will get three tickets for each of the ways you have participated to use to enter the drawing for the door prize of your choice.  Participation includes three tickets for each of the summer reading programs that you attended, for working on the mural and for every Entry Form you submitted over the summer for the books that you read.
The deadline for those entry forms is also end of the day on Monday, August 15 (9:00 p.m.)
You can come in any time between now and Monday evening, when the library is open, and drop your piece at the Information Desk.  The staff there know that they will be coming in and will get them to me.
Thank you again for your participation!  I hope you had fun doing it!
