Strategic Plan

Strategic Plan Goals

The Library Board of Trustees adopted a Strategic Plan in October of 2007 for the years 2008 through 2010.  The plan focused on ten key goal areas as developed with library staff.

The goals of the plan were:

Goal 1:  Develop Superior Collections

Goal 2:  Provide Lifelong Learning

Goal 3:  Promote and Support an Information Literate Community

Goal 4:  Expand Partnering Opportunities

Goal 5:  Retain and Develop High Quality Staff

Goal 6:  Develop Strong Volunteers

Goal 7:  Maximize Technology

Goal 8:  Maintain a First-Class Facility

Goal 9:  Expand Outreach

Goal 10:  Market and Promote Library Services

The Library Board of Trustees is currently working on an updated plan for 2012 and beyond.
