2017 Author Dinner and Gala Event
Featuring Brad Parks, a NJ native, award-winning mystery author, and former Star-Ledger reporter.

Aside from being the only author to have won all three of crime fiction’s most prestigious prizes – the Shamus (Best First Private Eye Novel), Nero (Best American Mystery) and Lefty (Best Humorous Mystery) Awards –  Brad Parks is a funny guy and enthusiastic public speaker.

Spending the evening of September 16 with Parks is sure to be a good time.

This special after-hours evening in the Library will include a discussion with Parks, hors d’oeuvres, buffet dinner and dessert, hot and cold beverages, and a copy of Parks’ newest book Say Nothing, his first standalone thriller.

His six previous novels follow the adventures of newspaper reporter Carter Ross.

The SBPL Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization Event tickets are considered a donation to the SBPL Foundation and part of it is tax-deductible.
